As a Senior Consultant with PMG, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions that address client challenges and opportunities within PMG's consulting framework. This role is suited for experienced executive-level professionals who excel at strategic thinking, high-level problem-solving, holistic project oversight, and building trusted client relationships. Senior Consultants shape project outcomes through ideation, reporting, and collaboration with clients and PMG leadership. You will build custom strategies, oversee their implementation, and manage project reporting to ensure alignment with client goals, all within PMG's consulting framework. You will also play a pivotal role in mentoring junior team members and creating a high-performance project environment. This role is project-based, providing flexible opportunities to work on high-impact projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field required
• MBA or advanced degree highly valued

• Act as a master problem solver and corporate 'fixer,' investigating issues to identify root causes and architecting bespoke solutions
• Own outcomes by serving as a fractional expert, embedded leader, or in-house advisor to drive implementation directly within client teams
• Manage client engagements with ownership of communication and delivery
• Provide deep functional expertise to support existing initiatives
• Translate analysis and strategy into clear, actionable documents for clients and internal stakeholders
• Create client specifications, project reports, deep-dive investigations, post-mortems, and cross-sector strategy reports
• Guide and mentor associate consultants
• Play a key role in securing new engagements by attending closing meetings to pitch yourself directly to clients.

• 7+ years in an executive-level role (Director, VP, or equivalent scope) with deep, hands-on expertise in one of PMG's functional specialties
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex engagements and manage client relationships
• Exceptional strategic thinking with a proven ability to diagnose root causes and design innovative solutions
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills
• Advanced skill with strategic analysis, project management, and data visualization tools
• Familiarity with core enterprise software (e.g., CRM, ERP) is a significant advantage.
