Manager of Equity Consulting

$75 Hourly
Equity Projects
Director

PMG is a leading strategy consultancy built for the world's top talent. We specialize in seven core areas: Operations & Strategy, People & Organizations, Customer Experience, Mergers & Acquisitions, Marketing & Branding, BPO & Fractional Talent, and Crisis & Transition Management. We don't hire to fill seats; we hire to elevate the work.

Our consultants operate across industries, regions, and disciplines, using our proprietary methods and their own expertise to create breakthrough insights for the toughest problems across industries. One month you might be solving operational blind spots in a billion-dollar logistics operation; the next, building a market-entry strategy for a hyper-growth SaaS startup. The breadth is the point, and we believe our clients already have the knowledge they need to succeed; they know how to run their business, and they need expertise in solving a problem. Your expertise is that expertise.

We're remote-first, asynchronous by design, and merit-driven to the core. Our hiring process is built on objective evaluation, and we actively seek talent in overlooked places and judge candidates on capability alone.

If you operate at the top of your field and want a career defined by impact rather than location, you're in the right place.
