Program Guidelines & Structure

The PMG Consultation Sponsorship provides qualifying registered non-profit and charitable entities with pro-bono management consulting advisory. Every year, PMG commits up to $250,000+ in donated advisory services to high-impact community and non-profit organizations.

Sponsorships cover full diagnostic analysis, capacity roadmapping, and hands-on advisory execution across Operational Architecture, Customer/Donor Experience, and Governance.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Entity Status: Must operate as a legally registered not-for-profit organization, registered charity, or equivalent community enterprise with valid registration standing.

2. Operational Track Record: Minimum of two consecutive years of active operations with demonstrable community delivery history.

3. Financial Transparency: Must provide annual operating budget breakdowns and current audited or reviewed financial records.

Sponsorship Value

Advisory packages range between $25,000 and $75,000 CAD in donated professional services per approved organization, fully funded by PMG.

Evaluation Rubric

Evaluated on direct societal yield, organizational scalability, alignment with PMG consulting vectors, and partner co-branding exposure.
